Aslan, Mahbooba's suitor, is a member of the modern urban male class who lives under the protection of his father's name and tradition and tries to follow in his footsteps, whether in business or politics. He is a tempting option in the series, and although he has a failed experience in marriage, his being a nobleman covers many of his wounds.
