Helen has been most recently seen as Khush in the BBC1 series I Dream. The thirteen part series was filmed in Spain and produced by 19 Entertainment Ltd. Helen has been dancing since the age of 3 at her local dance school followed by the North London Dance Studio. She was continuing her training on a full-time 2 year Performing Arts course when she got the call to join the cast of I Dream.
