Rachael Lillis was one of the original English voice actors on Pokémon. Her most notable roles were that of Misty and Jessie. She had provided both of their voices as well as several additional roles until the end of the eighth season, when Pokémon USA and TAJ Productions took over the dubbing and distribution of the series.
