An Egyptian actor, born in 1926 to an Italian mother and an Egyptian father. He obtained his baccalaureate from St. Mark's College in Alexandria, but did not complete his university studies due to his love of sports. He began his career in cinema when director Barakat assigned him an important role in the film The Little Millionairess in 1948.
