Lupin Shanshei (ルパンしゃんしぇい Rupan Shanshei) is a parody web animation done by FROGMAN with episodes that last for 3 and a half minutes. It was originally released online but then had a DVD/Blu-ray release with an exclusive pilot episode.

Watched June 15th 2023 Yeah, I should have honestly expected this kind of quality. It’s so awful that it makes me question how anybody thought this was a good idea So this is like a “parody” series on Lupin and the word “parody” is a way too generous term to call this.
