Jian Xile has long harbored feelings for her childhood friend Ding Ran, but romance never sparked between them. Years later, they are unexpectedly reunited when Xile visits a doctor—only to find that Ding Ran is the one in charge. The situation becomes even more awkward when Xile’s mother announces she’s remarrying Ding Ran’s father.
