Plot
A Librarian from the past time travels to the present and finds himself stuck here. When he returns to his castle, which is now a museum, he inadvertently releases magic across the continent. He is given a new team to help him clean up the mess he made, forming a new team of Librarians.

I enjoyed the original films and 2014 series of "The Librarians". Yet, somehow, the latest iteration, simply doesn't resonate with me. Why? I think the underlying problem is its been done before and frankly, its been done a lot "better". The writing for this latest series feels uninspired, like its going through the motions, taking little to no risks along thew way. Almost as if, it had been…
I'm sorry, but I found this disappointing. Both the script and the acting (by the majority of the cast) are subpar. If I have one positive thing to say about the show, it's that I appreciate the costume design and visuals in general, but that's nowhere near enough to warrant a higher score.
