"Nero" is yet another DEI romp where the male lead is quickly "throttled" from relevance by a, surprise, surprise mysterious and all powerful, nefarious, "one eyed" (bit of inadvertent symbolism there perhaps?) female villain. Worse still, the overarching story feels stilted, awkward and frankly, rather boring. Acting and sets are reasonable but in isolation, that doesn't fix all the thing… see more...
